I turned in a registration form for the next ACN International Training at a local event. Where is that form? Why am I not showing up as registered at www.acninc.com?

When pre-registering for an ACN International Convention at an ACN regional training or any other ACN event, those forms are mailed directly to the company by the local leadership shortly after receiving the forms. Please remember to allow shipping and processing time before you expect to see your pre-registration confirmed at www.acninc.com.

Once those forms are mailed to the company, we along with your local leadership do not have any additional information regarding your registration or the process or status of it. We recommend that you contact ACN Representative Services regarding the status of your registration. That phone number is: (704) 260-3226. You are responsible for verifying your completed registration either online through your ACN Representative portal or by calling ACN Representative Services. If you fail to do so and find out that your registration never processed and the event sells out, unfortunately there is nothing we or ACN are able to do at that point. Some common reasons for a registration to not process are: declined payment, missing or illegible information on the form.

If you did not include your ACN Team ID number on the form you will never show up online as registered, but you will show up in the system as a guest. Contact ACN Representative Services at (704) 260-3226 to find out if you are registered as a guest. If you still are unable to locate your registration, you may need to register either online or over the phone with ACN Representative Services.

I'm not getting emails from www.TheEmpireTeam.com. Why not?

Right now we are only sending emails from the site as a confirmation for the "Contact Us," "Contact Event Organizer," and "Email Event Details" sections. All of our emails are sent from noreply@theempireteam.com. Make sure to add this address to your Safe Senders list.

There are no meetings in the market that I'm interested in. How do I find one?

All meetings associated with The Empire Team are typically posted to www.TheEmpireTeam.com. We are unaware of anything other than what is posted here. Please stay tuned to www.TheEmpireTeam.com for future meetings and events in your area.

If you run a meeting that is not on www.TheEmpireTeam.com, use the Contact Us link to let us know about your meeting.  Make sure to include the Full Address (including Venue name) and contact information for the Event Organizer.

The "Featured Leaders" lists on the home page is reserved for "Senior Vice Presidents and Regional Vice Presidents". TheEmpireTeam.com IS NOT connected to ACN's hierarchy or database, so we depend on YOU to let us know when you are promoted. If you meet this criteria and your name still doesn't show then it means that you need to contact us and let us know.

How do I assure that the meeting information for a meeting listed is current and still going on?

TheEmpireTeam.com relies on it's users to insure that all the information listed here is accurate. It is impossible for us to constantly maintain this alone. It is possible that some information at any given time could be inaccurate. To help you, we have put a "Contact Organizer" link next to each event that allows you to email the leader that posted that event. We express great thanks to those leaders that take time to reply to these minimal event questions.

TheEmpireTeam.com is unable to post certain documents to our server and site, but has an agreement with ACN to redirect us to their site for certain documents. If this happens, simply log into your ACN backoffice and you will be able to retrieve the documents that you're looking for.
